CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND ENQUIRIES
Course cancellations
The current Credit Analysis, Risk Management and Debt Recovery course policy states that fees are not refunded once a learner starts the course. For cancellation before learning begins, or for other programmes, consult the written enrolment agreement and contact the Academy. Stopping a course does not automatically erase assessment history or an earned certificate.
Paid and commissioned training
Before paying, obtain a written quotation or agreement confirming the total fee, payment schedule, access period, cancellation process, any refund eligibility or deductions, and arrangements if the Academy cancels or cannot deliver the agreed programme. Use the terms confirmed for your course before payment.
Do not pay until those terms are clear. Existing written agreements and applicable legal rights remain relevant; the course-specific written terms must be clear before payment.
How to raise a request
Email info@svcrownltd.com with your name, course, enrolment or payment reference, and the reason for the request. Send no password, card details or confidential customer information. The Academy will review the request against the applicable written arrangement and respond through its authorised contact.
