LEARNER HELP
How do I enrol?
Read the course details, create a learner account using Register, then sign in. Enrol in your chosen course when enrolment is available. Contact the Academy for arranged cohorts or a course that has no active enrolment option.
Can I view a course before registering?
Course descriptions are public. Lessons, learning activities, assessments and personal progress require the appropriate account and course enrolment.
What does a course cost?
Course fees are confirmed in writing by the Academy before payment and enrolment. Contact the Academy for the applicable fee. No payment is required merely to read a course overview.
How long can I access my course?
Credit Analysis, Risk Management and Debt Recovery provides six months’ access from enrolment. For other programmes, obtain the written access period before payment and enrolment. Do not assume access is permanent.
Can I retake an assessment?
Read the quiz instructions before starting. Attempt limits and pass marks differ by course. Credit Appraisal currently uses an 80% final knowledge threshold; Cybersecurity uses 80%; Credit Analysis uses 70%. Corporate Governance uses 85% and two submitted attempts. If a connection interrupts an attempt, contact support before using another attempt; attempts are not automatically reset.
When is a certificate available?
Only after the required lesson, quiz and any written or practical assessment records are complete and course-specific certificate release is enabled. Viewing every screen alone may not meet the requirements. A completion certificate does not mean external accreditation or a professional licence.
How do cancellations and refunds work?
The current Credit Analysis course policy states that fees are not refunded once a learner starts the course. Confirm the cancellation and refund terms applicable to your programme before paying. See Refunds and Terms and conditions.
