LEARNING, ASSESSMENT AND IMPROVEMENT

What completion means

Each course identifies its learning outcomes, study activities and assessment requirements. Learners should complete lessons in sequence and use fictional or anonymised information in exercises. Saving lesson progress records participation; it does not replace an assessment of practical competence.

How learning is assessed

Knowledge quizzes use the pass mark and attempt limit stated in the course. Written and practical work is evaluated separately where required. Credit Appraisal includes an instructor-reviewed capstone. Corporate Governance requires its practical exercises and written scenarios, authorised independent review, an 85% assessment threshold and the learner’s own director attestation. Staff must not supply a personal attestation or assessed submission on a learner’s behalf.

Certificates and verification

A certificate is available only when the recorded course-specific requirements have been satisfied and certificate release is enabled. Completion records and existing certificates are retained. An S.V. Crown Academy completion certificate is not a professional licence and carries no external accreditation claim unless a named approval is explicitly stated.

To request verification, contact info@svcrownltd.com with the certificate reference, course and the holder’s authorisation. Do not send a password or identity-document copy. The Academy will check its records; a request does not itself establish that a certificate is valid.

Questions, review and appeals

If an assessment instruction or result appears incorrect, identify the course, assessment and specific concern and contact the Academy. Preserve your original work and relevant error message. An authorised reviewer will consider the evidence. Do not ask another person to complete an assessment for you.

Learner feedback

We invite feedback on clarity, Ghanaian relevance, accessibility, media, assessments and navigation. Report the lesson or page and describe the issue. Feedback supports content corrections and technical quality assurance; it does not automatically change a learner’s result.

Professional and regulatory context

Training examples support professional development. In live work, verify current Ghanaian law, applicable Bank of Ghana requirements and your institution’s approved procedures. No regulator endorsement, recognised CPD allocation or external quality certification is claimed without documented approval.
